We are pleased to say that lambing went very well and ended on 15th April - 37 lambs in total.
Mabel had 5 piglets in early February – they have just been sold as weaners.
Jack the boar has come to stay with Mabel so she will hopefully be in pig again in July.
We found a sow to buy that was in pig – Emma collected her from Cornwall and she had 7 piglets last week!
Bird Flu restrictions have been lifted so the poultry can now be allowed out – the new hen and duck pens in the orchard are now complete bar seeding, so we can look to move them into these once the grass has grown a bit.
They have a super new hen house, we're looking forward to collecting all the eggs from here!
